I’ll be the first to admit that getting motivated to workout is often the hardest part of the whole thing for me. I’ve blogged about my love/hate relationship with the treadmill, running my first half marathon and my fitness essentials before, but the reality is that not everyone has time to commit to any of those things…not even me!
On days when I just need to sweat off a little bit of stress, I turn to YouTube. What I love about YouTube workouts is that they are all able to be done in your living room/office/wherever you have a small amount of room.
So there you have it — five of my favorite ways to burn off stress and calories! I’m always on the hunt for more (I have these on rotation, but I get bored), so I’d love to know your favorites 🙂
