It’s October and you know what that means – everyone is thinking pink in an effort to combat breast cancer. 1 in 8, or 12%, of women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. That statistic is staggering! Whether you have personally been impacted, or know someone who has had their life turned upside down by this disease, take a peek at these companies giving back this month.
20 Brands Helping Battle Breast Cancer
The Bouq’s Power of Pink Collection – 20% of proceeds are donated to The Pink Agenda, an organization committed to raising funds for research and care.
Bumble and Bumble – The haircare mega-brand will donate 20 percent of proceeds from October 1-December 31 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Treat House – 10% of all sales will be donated to Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation
QALO – 20% of sales from silicone stackable rings will be donated to Barbells for Boobs, a voice for early detection and support post diagnosis.
Athleta – This summer, the athleisure brand launched the first ever bra (Empower Bra) formulated for post-masectomy wear. In addition, individual stores will be hosting fitness events with proceeds benefiting breast cancer charities. 12% of profits from both the Empower Bra + Power of She Bra will be donated to ROW (Recovery On Water) – an organization for breast cancer survivors who channel their strength into the sport of rowing.
jane iredale Magic Mitt™– The Magic Mitt quickly and completely removes makeup using NO cleanser! 100% of the profits (not just proceeds) from the sales of Magic Mitt will be donated to Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a national education and support organization whose mission is to connect people with trusted breast cancer information and a community of support.

Aveda Hand Relief – Aveda will donate $4 from each sale, up to $331,000, from September 24 to September 22 of next year to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
GlassesUSA.com – Glasses USA will donate 10% of the revenue from its pink glasses collection during the month of October to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, a nonprofit that funds the fight against breast cancer.
Pretty In Ink Shop – 100% of proceeds on specially designed bags will go to Bright Pink, an organization with a mission to save women’s lives from breast and ovarian cancer by empowering them to live proactively at a young age.
Cosabella – 20% of proceeds from the sale of the Never Say Never Happie Front Closure Bralette in Red goes to the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer Initiative.
Birchbox/Estée Lauder – For the first time, two mega brands have joined forces to give back. This special Birchbox costs $15 and they have pledged to donate $104,000 of sales to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
LOFT – LOFT Limited Edition To Wear is to Care Jewelry Collection where 60% of the purchase price is donated and LOVE Cares Card where 90% of the purchase price is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Mizuno – The esteemed fitness brand is helping endurance athletes make a sprint for a cure. A customer favorite, the Wave Rider, was made in pink and blue for men + women with $10 from every pair sold given directly to BCRF!
Delta Airlines – 100% of sales on in-flight purchases of Minute Maid pink lemonade will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
