Happy Tuesday, everyone! In my quest to find the best free workouts on Youtube, I’ve stumbled upon some really great ones and some really not-so-great ones. One area of my body that I’ve been trying to tone up is my thighs. Specifically, my inner thighs. I have muscular legs (no toothpick jeans for me!), so aside from running and walking, I’ve been focusing on toning them. The workout videos and moves I’m sharing today are some of the absolute best I’ve found and the best part? They’re free! So if you have also been looking for workouts to tone your thighs or legs, today’s post is for you!
The Absolute Best Ways To Tighten Inner Thighs
6 1/2 Minute Inner Thighs – Ashley from GlowBodyPT is my girl! She has some of the best workouts on the internet and the best part? They’re all free on her YouTube channel. This inner thigh shredder is my favorite. Yes it’s only 6.5 minutes, but holy crap, my legs feel like jello when it’s done!
Quick Burn Inner Thighs – This is another 8 minute workout (Cassie’s intros are really long, so you can skip to around the 1-minute mark) that incorporates different moves to really make you burn. Another great option if you have less than 10 minutes!
15 Minute Thigh Burn with NO JUMPING – Something I really don’t love is jumping. I find that it makes my knees hurt on some days (well, most days, to be honest) so finding something that tones my thighs without having to jump around is a major win. This one is 15 minutes of serious burn.
8 Minute Sculpted Legs – I would be remiss in not sharing this second 8-minute GlowBodyPT workout, even though it’s for overall legs, not just thighs. I have seen such a difference in my legs by combining this workout with her thigh specific workout. You can’t beat it for under 20 minutes total!
No time for a video? No internet access? I get it! The following exercises are some of my favorites for burning my thighs when I can’t follow along on a YouTube video, am at the gym on a mat, etc. If you are anything like me, I can read fitness manuals all day long, but I really need for someone to show me the moves so I can see exactly how to do them.
