Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

Eat, Food · June 17, 2013 · 3 Comments

Peanut butter + Nutella in one cookie, what could be better? An ooey, gooey coconut and marshmallow topping!

There is nothing I love more than a simple cookie recipe. Simple recipes mean you can dress that sucker up or down depending on the occasion and today’s recipe is no different. Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies are about as easy as they come. I think we all know the basics of a peanut butter cookie recipe, right? For me, it’s the optional coconut and marshmallow topping that will have you licking your lips.
PEANUT BUTTER + NUTELLA COOKIES

Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

These cookies are incredibly easy. Are you ready?

To make my Peanut Butter + Nutella Cookies, you will need:
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup of white sugar
1 egg

1. Mix these 3 ingredients together until blended.
2. Bake 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Optional Coconut & Marshmallow Topping (even though they are quite delicious on their own!)

Mix 1 cup coconut with 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. It will vary depending on your oven and altitude; remove when slightly browned and put atop cookies.

In a saucepan, melt 8 jumbo marshmallows and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips.
When smooth, drizzle cookies.
