Individual Peanut Butter Pies
You Will Need:
For the “Crust”:
16 Oreo Cookies, smashed
For the Filling:
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup creamy-style peanut butter
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Mix together filling ingredients. Make sure mixture is thoroughly whipped. (Like 50 Shades style…)
2. Fill each mini container (or bottom of one large container) with crushed Oreos.
3. Top with filling.
**for an easy gluten free alternative, just skip the Oreo crust!
AND THEN YOU’RE DONE! But oh man, so delicious 🙂
