My Friday was spent in a baker’s paradise–this whole aisle was dedicated to sprinkles! I actually call them jimmies. Does anyone else? Every single could you could ever think of or what–sparkly, metallic, shaped, neon..the list goes on! Needless to say, we’ve got some jazzy cookies this year!

This was mid-afternoon on Saturday, but you’d never know it because of how gloomy it was outside.

Don’t get me wrong, looking outside my window at the snow is beautiful, but Saturday was one of my favorite holiday parties of the year and come hell or high water–we were going. Thankfully, we made it–and ironically, my parents and I had absolutely no intention of matching. #greatminds

And then there was Sunday, in which I gorged my face. If you follow along on Instagram, you’ve seen all these. Raise your hand if you want recipes and I can work that into a post!

Sunday night was probably the most special part of my weekend. Sarah & Casey joined me on a Google Hangout so we could officially unwrap our Secret Santa presents! Yes there were only three of us and yes it was amazing. I am so lucky to call these girls some of my best friends.

Casey was my gift-er and she got me the most amazing set of pearl bracelets. I am IN LOVE! And the J just might stand for a certain furball I’ll be picking up this spring 🙂
