Does your significant other ever come to you with a recipe that they’re just dying to try? Maybe it’s because Dane and I are total foodies, but this happens all the time. Recently, he was telling me about a recipe for ribs he saw in a magazine and was dying to try.
I’m always skeptical when it comes to ribs, because I never know if they’re going to be too spicy, not tender enough, etc.
These are hands down the best ribs I’ve ever eaten…sorry, Mom–I promise yours are still delicious, too!

After 2.5 hours, remove ribs from oven and put on the grill for 15 minutes at medium heat. Braise with the chipotle sauce mixture and serve.
The meat will be so tender and fall right off the bone! So delicious and SO worth the wait 🙂
