I posted this photo (and quick recipe!) on my Instagram, but I knew I wanted to post in on here, because some of you may not follow me there. Get ready for the simplest and most delicious meal EVER. Seriously, this took 30 minutes start to finish…and it was devoured in about 5. Are you ready?
You Will Need:
2 chicken breasts, chunked
1/2 cup peanut butter
dash soy sauce
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1. Saute chunked chicken breasts in a pan on medium heat.
2. When cooked, add in peanut butter.
3. Add soy sauce, garlic and sriracha.
**I think next time I would add a bit of water to make it more of a sauce and less of a paste.
4. Serve chicken on a bed of quinoa.
