A couple weeks ago, Dane and I had the opportunity to explore the opposite side of the island. If you’ve never been to Hawaii, particularly Oahu, it might sound funny that we haven’t explored this entire place after 3 years. Rest assured, it might be an island but there are so many nooks and crannies to wrap your head around. You could live here for a lifetime and not see it all.
That being said, we ventured to Kailua for a little exploring! One place we stumbled upon was a store called Ivory. When I tell you it’s a hole in the wall–I’m not joking. It’s what appears to be a converted alleyway turned boutique store where all things beachy and trendy collide. I think what I love most about Ivory (and many stores like it here on the islands) is that many of their products were handmade here in Hawaii. The level of talent is unreal. This place is truly unique and if you’re ever in this neck of the woods, you can and SHOULD check it out!
