Traveling In & Around Chiang Mai, Thailand
I don’t think I will get over how adorable and perfectly calm the wild dogs around town are. They sleep, trot, play and somehow (miraculously) stay out of traffic. It was mind-blowing to me!
At first, I was a little unnerved about taking off my shoes (germs), but honestly, it was such a peaceful experience, I didn’t even think twice about it after a few minutes. Also to note – you can get your laundry done in Thailand so easily! It’s inexpensive, reliable and comes back smelling absolutely delicious…not to mention every single thing is folded!
One of the highlights of Chiang Mai was the night market – there were so many incredible finds and each night, we were totally dazzled by the sights and sounds, not to mention the abundance of delicious food and colorful wares.
We had an incredible couples experience at the Fah Lanna Spa. It was affordable and relaxing (and this coming from a person who doesn’t particularly like spa treatments!). I would highly recommend it.
