For last week’s potluck, a friend of ours brought over this amazing fruit salad. I couldn’t stop eating it! Finally, I had to know exactly how she made it and when she finally shared the recipe — it all made sense. One word: mojito.
This Mojito Fruit Salad is non-alcoholic, refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. It’s perfect for summer parties, but I fully plan on enjoying it year-round.
You Will Need:
5 cups of watermelon, chopped
1 container of strawberries, chopped
6 oz. raspberries
6 oz. blueberries
1/4 cup of mint, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1. Combine fruit and mint in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine lime juice and powdered sugar.
3. Pour mixture over fruit.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
