Apple Pie Shots

Drink, Food · November 19, 2015 · 7 Comments

Happy week before Thanksgiving, everyone! I’m only left wondering how the heck this happened. I mean, weren’t we just dressing up in Halloween costumes?! In any case, ’tis the season for festive drinks and I’m here today with one of my favorites — Apple Pie Shots. Have you had one before? Oh man, they are just so good and truthfully – while they may fall into the seasonal drink category, I would most definitely have one any time of the year!

Apple Pie Shots

I first discovered apple pie shots in college and they have been in the seasonal shot category for me ever since. I think it helped that I worked at a bar and one of our lead bartenders always was recommending the most delicious options! One of my favorite things about them is that you can barely taste the alcohol. Score one in the delicious category 😉 The below recipe yields two shots, so be sure to have a friend willing to join you!

You Will Need:

2 ounces Sparkling ICE Crisp Apple
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Fireball
whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
1. Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Pour evenly into two shot glasses.
3. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Cheers!
