Looking for the best ever sugar cookie recipe? I’ve got it for you today and life will never be the same.
Real talk: We miss Pennsylvania BADLY right now. Heading there for Thanksgiving was just a small taste of the seasons, our family, friends and a much more affordable life. Don’t get me wrong, Hawaii is beautiful with a never-ending list of fun things to do, but Pennsylvania will always truly be home for both Dane and me.
We love spending snowy Christmases with both our families…and it’s not just because of my dad’s token “pile photos” for everyone’s gifts!
In an effort to celebrate like usual, we are busting out every tradition that our parents keep and adding a little Hawaiian flair, which includes lots and lots of baking! My mom always made sure that baking was a family affair at our house — I mixed, she rolled out the dough, my sister whipped up the icing and sprinkles was fair game for anyone!
This year, as I rolled out her famous sugar cookie recipe, I couldn’t help but smile when I realized I was adding my own special touch — our personalized Christmas cookie stamp!
