Happy National Banana Bread Day! Bet you didn’t even know that was a thing, right? Well it is and honestly, banana bread is one of my favorite recipes. I could eat it at any time in the day! When I was first told I had a gluten allergy, I was so disappointed that most of my favorite baked goods needed a good gluten free recipe alternative. This gluten free banana bread recipe fits the bill…and then some! As any gluten free baker might share with you, getting a gluten free recipe just right can be tough. You want it to be moist, not crumbly, still have flavor…and the list goes on! Well, I’m happy to share that this easy gluten free banana bread recipe requires minimal “fancy ingredients”, is mega moist and still loaded with gooey banana and chocolate-y flavor. Best Ever Gluten Free Banana Bread
Prep Time: 15 min Cooking Time: 45 min
You Will Need
2 cups gluten free flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 bananas, mashed
1 cup chocolate chips
PREPARATION

- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix flour and baking soda together.
- 3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
- 4. Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
- 5. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips
- 6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
