If you’re like me, sometimes you don’t have a ton of time for a workout. And on those days, you also probably don’t have equipment readily available to use. I get it! Sometimes I just want to get in a quick workout burn without all the fuss of heading to the gym. If you’ve been around here awhile, you know I love a good Youtube fitness video. Today I’m share 6 no equipment Youtube fitness videos that actually work. Yep, I’ve tried them and I love them. I hope you do, too! Without further ado, let’s get to the free fitness videos!

20 Minute Full Body Workout 

Many of you might be thinking – they’re so short, how on Earth could they be effective? Let me just tell you that not only am I panting like a dog when I’m done with each one of these, I’m sore the next day! Typically, I do 2 of the above and rotate which days I do which exercises and couple it with cardio (a morning run, a walk outside at lunch, walking the dogs at night, etc).
