Happy Hump Day! I’m so excited to be linking up with Anne for her monthly Currently series! If you have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about, pop over to her site and take a peek around — you WILL NOT be disappointed I love, love, love this series and today I’m joining her and some of the fabulous faces who frequent her internet space for this month’s Currently, which covers what I’m currently making, taking, discovering, consuming, and saving. Are you ready?

MAKING
A list of all the tasks I need to get done before I leave Hawaii for a month starting September 17th! You better believe I feel like Santa Claus going down that list and checking it twice to make sure I have what I need, appropriate clothing for different places I’ll be visiting and every charge cord imaginable.
TAKING
The opportunity to be thankful for what we have. Doesn’t really need too much of an explanation, right?
DISCOVERING
Over Labor Day weekend, Dane and I had the idea to discover Honolulu completely on foot. We wanted to do a walking tour to 1. enjoy some great weather and exercise and 2. experience our city via walking tour. It didn’t disappoint! We really enjoyed being able to pop in and out of stores and hotels at our leisure without having to worry about parking! If your city is walkable, I highly recommend doing this.
CONSUMING
We have been consuming…everything! And it sort of makes me happy to see summertime fade, because we used that as an excuse to indulge a bit too much. No extreme diets in this house, but moving back to clean eating is a definite goal before our travel schedule ramps up this fall. That said, the most glorious eating season of the year is upon us…! Am I kidding myself?!
SAVING
Coasters from bars we visit. We have a project we will be using them for in the future (see also: when we have a house that is ours) and have been trying to collect coasters from all our favorite watering holes. In the meantime, they’re stored in a glass jar on our bar cart.
