Look, I’m not getting any younger, so any and all natural help is welcomed with open arms! When I received Pure Synergy’s Organic Beet Juice Powder in the mail, I knew I wanted to put it to good use with a recipe. Introducing…a super easy beet latte recipe you can whip up in a snap!
Easy Beet Latte Recipe
Let’s get something out of the way first — no, this does not taste like a health food latte or smoothie, or leave a weird aftertaste in your mouth. Believe me, I would not be posting about it if it did, because I’m pretty sensitive to stuff like that.
I think beets definitely have an ‘earthy’ taste, but this is far from that! In fact, this beet latte tastes pretty sweet and the cinnamon flavor is very apparent (both in initial and after-taste), which was a plus for me.
To note, I chose to make this with Milkadamia, which is macadamia nut milk, but I think it would be equally good with coconut milk or almond milk. Heck, you could probably even use whole milk or 2%, or whatever kind of milk your heart desires.
To make this easy beet latte at home, you will need:
1 cup Milkadamia, warmed
2 tsp. Pure Synergy Organic Beet Juice Powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp agave
Blend it together in a high-powered blender and enjoy!
**I did not pre-warm my Milkadamia, I used my “soup” setting on my Vitamix and that provided a warm enough beverage for me. If you do not have that option, warm the milk ahead of time before blending**
