Don’t have a ton of time to exercise? Here are the best Peloton rides for when you want a short ride or don’t have a ton of time!

I will admit, between work and life, sometimes I just don’t have an hour or more to commit to riding my Peloton. Ideally, I will do a warm up, 30-minute ride, cool down, and a stretch, but the pace of my life doesn’t always allow for that.

One of the things I love the most about the Peloton bike is that no matter how much time you have, your workout is going to be worth it. I may be alone here, but sometimes the shorter rides are the hardest! In any case, today I’m sharing the best short Peloton rides for when you don’t have a full hour to exercise.

Best Peloton Rides When You Don’t Have A Ton Of Time

First of all, let me say that I think stretching is so important and I’ve really learned my lesson on what happens when you don’t properly stretch. That said, adding a 5-minute stretch to every single ride is a must for me. I’ll be the first to tell you I don’t always feel like it, especially if I’m in a rush, but it feels so dang good and I never regret it.

Best Peloton Climb Rides

To really sweat it out in a short amount of time, I cannot say enough good things about doing ‘Climb Rides’. I usually do a warm up, followed by a 10-minute climb if I’m crunched for time. You will absolutely feel the burn on these and Cody’s 10-minute Britney Spears warm-up is a favorite of mine 🙂
