When you think about Las Vegas, neon signs and casinos might come to mind. But I’ll be honest…the Las Vegas restaurant scene is absolutely unreal.Las Vegas has so many food options to choose from. I’m pretty sure you could live there your entire life and still not enjoy all of them!
In any case, we recently returned from a birthday trip to Las Vegas (our second time), and I’m sharing a roundup of all the places we have enjoyed eating!
Whether you’re planning a trip, or just daydreaming about delicious food, here are 10 Las Vegas restaurants we love…
10 Must Try Restaurants In Las Vegas

China Poblano – This is a Chinese Mexican fusion restaurant, which sounds really interesting, but I can assure you, it’s delicious. We ordered a big sampling of the small plates, but the cold noodle salad and Dim Sum are a MUST.
The Henry – We ate here for a birthday brunch and the food was excellent. The service was great, too, minus a little reservation mishap (make sure you confirm the day prior!), and ordering the beignets with lemon curd for the table to share was a good choice. The food is typical American breakfast fare, and I enjoyed the brioche French toast…SO GOOD!
Momofuku – I had never been here and we found ourselves here starving one night around 9:30. Instead of having big meals, we opted for the small plates of sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts, an order of pork belly bao buns, and then split some spicy ramen. Everything was out of the this world good, and certainly lives up to the hype.
Milk Bar – What is better than Christina Tosi’s beloved bakery? Literally nothing if I’m being honest. We have gotten two birthday cakes here (traditional layered cake and the pancake cake), as well as truffles, and of course the cereal milk ice cream. We also are big big fans of the butter cake!!
Sparrow and Wolf – Located off the strip, this delicious restaurant is worth the trip! I started with a spicy tequila cocktail (fish face) served in a ceramic fish planter. I should have known then this restaurant would push me out of my eating comfort zone in the best way possible. We did the tasting menu and loved it all. This is one of those places we enjoyed with a group, because we could all talk about the various courses. The oxtail hummus was tops!
Giada’s – We’ve eaten here twice now and the experience was amazing both times! The food is delicious and the service is exactly what you’d expect at a more upscale restaurant — super attentive, kind, and helpful. My favorite menu items are the vegetarian bolognese and arugula salad.
Javier’s – We dined here for my 30th birthday, and it was delicious. I will say that if you have a large crowd like we did at the time, you won’t all get to sit together.
Hattie B’s – If you’ve never been able to venture to Nashville, make a stop at Hattie B’s in the Cosmopolitan’s food-court style dining area. I had the hot chicken tenders (mild) with their signature dipping sauce and they were a nice treat. I will say, the next time I’ll get the sandwich, because that looked absolutely delicious.
District Donuts – Looking for an on-the-go breakfast? District Donuts is the best place to stop. The upscale donuts are great (I had the brown butter drop with frosting, as well as the salted chocolate chip cookie), but the cappuccinos are where it’s at. Don’t get me wrong, I love a sweet treat in the morning, but no coffee machines in Vegas hotel rooms mean a pitstop at District first thing is a must.
Holstein’s – Dane is a big Holstein’s fan, because of their burgers. They also have boozy milkshakes that are super over-the-top, but would you expect anything less in Vegas? 😉
