Looking for the best Trader Joe’s products? Today I’m sharing all the items I bought and loved this month from Trader Joe’s!
One of the most exciting parts of moving to Washington, D.C. has been the access to stores we didn’t have for so many years in Hawaii. One of them is Trader Joe’s and it’s right around the corner from our house. In fact, there are about 4 within a small radius of us — crazy! One of my favorite things to do has become finding the best Trader Joe’s products on each of my visits and today I’m sharing favorites from the past month.
Trader Joe’s Products I Bought – February 2022
I should probably disclose that the first time I went into Trader Joe’s, I thought I was prepared, but I was not. I had been in the stores a couple times before on various trips to the mainland, but now that I live here, I can buy cold items. What a novelty, LOL!
Without further ado, Trader Joe’s products I bought and loved this month:
Gone Berry Crazy – I feel like this was the product I was most excited to try, because I fell in love with a similar one in Hawaii that I could buy at Costco. In any case, I can eat this entire box in one sitting. I have to ration it out, because getting in and out of TJ’s is no easy feat (why are the parking lots the way they are?), but such a good after-dinner “I need something sweet” treat.
Peanut Butter Cocoa Marshmallows – I was not expecting to love these like I did, but peanut butter and chocolate is a super winning combo. Dane got a Solo Stove for Christmas and we are excited to test these out in S’mores!
Bamba Puffed Peanut & Corn Snacks Dipped In Chocolate – I ate multiple bags of these without thinking twice. Someone said “it’s a little bit like eating air”. Yes, peanut butter and chocolate air. Wow, they are so good.
Coconut Cashews – I was looking for something else in the nuts section when I found these. They’re sweet (and addicting), but I stir them crushed up into my morning yogurt. Mmmm!
Mango Jalapeño Fruit Snacks – THESE ARE BACK AND THIS IS NOT A DRILL! For so long this delicious staple in my diet was sold out, but it’s back on the shelves (at least at the store I went to) and I’ve never seen a happier sight. Equal part fruity and spicy, these are great on their own or on a cheese board. Amazon photo, because well…I ate all mine too quickly.
Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks – I have purchased these before, and I think I originally discovered them when my friend Casey sent me a bag. They’re all the crunchy, salty deliciousness of a pretzel, but a little bit of honey. They’re probably one of my favorite all-time snacks.
Scalloped Potato Chips – I am a little bit ashamed to admit Dane and I ate these in one sitting and it probably took us less than 10 minutes. They are packed with yummy flavor (did you ever have a doubt?), but what I loved was how greasy and crunchy the chips themselves are. I am warning you, do not buy these unless you want to eat the whole bag.
Brussels Sprouts Saute Kit – I got this after my friend recommended it. It was sold out the first time I looked, so I’m happy I checked again. You serve it warm and it’s delicious (highly recommend), but I also think it would be really good just chopped a little finer and served cold.
Crackling Citrus Green Tea Candle – Okay, I have to admit, I got sucked in by the scent of this one. It smells delicious and the staying power is strong, but I somehow missed the ‘crackling’ portion of this candle’s identity at the store. I came home and lit it, and it has sounded like we have a bee in our house ever since. The crackling is….not for me. Purchase at your own risk, because it does make your house smell really good!
