Trader Joe’s Products I Bought – April 2022

Food · April 5, 2022 · Leave a Comment

Looking for the best Trader Joe’s products? Today I’m sharing all the items I bought and loved this month from Trader Joe’s!

One of the most exciting parts about being on the mainland is the accessibility to stores we didn’t have in Hawaii. One of them is Trader Joe’s! It’s definitely a sign of me getting older, but I love a good grocery store. One of my favorite things to do has become finding the best Trader Joe’s products on each of my visits and today I’m sharing favorites from the past month.

Looking for the best Trader Joe's products? Today I'm sharing all the items I bought and loved this month from Trader Joe's!

Trader Joe’s Products I Bought – April 2022

Coconut Greek Yogurt – This has become a staple of my mornings. I add in cashews and sometimes chocolate chips and wow, it’s anything but healthy, but I suppose that is the glory of being an adult.

Pink & Whites – I got these for my grandma after my mom told me she liked them, and people must love them, because I went back for a box for me and they were gone!?Trader Joe's Pinks & Whites Cookies

Kohlrabi Pasta – To be fair, I did not use this as pasta, I used this in a salad. It’s the crunch for me. I love something that is super crunchy in a salad and sometimes a carrot isn’t enough. This does the trick and I’ll definitely buy it again. Not watery and limp like zucchini, so I imagine this would make an excellent pasta sub!Trader Joe's Kohlrabi Vegetable Pasta

Pickle Chips – We tried these for the first time at a friend’s house during a happy on a charcuterie board (genius, right?) and I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge pickle fan, but these are insane. I can eat an entire bag by myself.Trader Joe's Pickle Chips

Banana Bread Biscotti – Again, got these to gift to a friend, but I’ve had TJ’s biscotti before and can give it a 9/10. Nothing beats homemade, but these are pretty damn close. Trader Joe's Banana Bread Biscotti

Tteok Bok Ki – I saw this on a Trader Joe’s Instagram account and it was the last one in our store! I was so excited to be able to find it. I haven’t made it yet, but I’m dying to try it.Trader Joe's Tteok Bok Ki

Spring Gummies – I had high hopes of these being like the XO candy from Valentine’s Day (they tasted like Swedish Fish!), but I gotta say, these are a no-go for me. They taste like those chewy pumpkins that are popular during the fall and that is a no from me.Trader Joe's Spring Bunnies Easter Gummies

Organic Pasta – I saw this shape and snagged it right away thinking it would be a great sauce-catcher for my vegetarian bolognese. We cooked it up and turns out – I was right. Absolutely delicious! Why does fancy pasta always elevate an at-home meal?Trader Joe's Pasta

Caramelized Onion Dip – I used this to make my 4-ingredient Trader Joe’s flatbread and I would 11/10 buy it again. I had a tiny bit leftover from that recipe, so I used the rest to dip the pickle chips, but it would also be good used for Potato Chip Chicken!Trader Joe's Caramelized Onion Dip

Cinna-Dragons – If you like Red Hots (or cinnamon flavor in general) you are going to like these. Awhile back a friend of mine sent me cinnamon gummy bears and these are very reminiscent of that. Highly addicting!

Gourmet Jelly Beans – Gotta be honest with you, these are not it for me. I had high hopes, but it turns out the only jelly beans I really like are super sour and these are not.Trader Joe's Jelly Beans
