TGIF! I hope everyone had a great week. Yesterday I celebrated my 34th birthday in a low key way by going out to dinner with Dane. Honestly, it was amazing and I certainly felt the love from near and far. 34 feels good and I’m ready to reclaim joy this year. Let’s dive right in to some highlights from this week, shall we?

Dane and I are both enjoying a four day weekend together and that might just be the best gift of all. As I get older, I love slow mornings drinking coffee in bed without any real agenda. Is anyone else like this?

If you don’t have a carpet/rug/furniture scraper yet, I cannot explain to you how therapeutic it is for me to use it. I will have just run the vacumm and it finds more hair (the dogs AND me). I rarely am like YOU NEED THIS, but if you are a pet owner…you do.
