Looking for the best Trader Joe’s products to pick up this month? Here’s what I bought at Trader Joe’s this month.
OK hear me out: Sometimes shopping at Trader Joe’s is better when there isn’t an impending holiday, because then I can fully take in the “normal” TJ products and am not fixated on all the exciting seasonal picks. Does anyone else feel this way?! March feels like a slower holiday month for food items (at least at my TJ’s), but there was not shortage of delicious treats. Here are the Trader Joe’s products I bought this trip!
Trader Joe’s Products I Bought – March 2023
Trader Joe’s French Onion Focaccia – I cannot even begin to describe how good this focaccia is. I had made homemade French Onion Soup and thought it would be a good accompaniment. As it turns out, we ate most of the loaf by itself, LOL! It’s great straight from the bag and REALLY good heated up for a bit in the oven.
Caramelized Onion Dip – I didn’t realize I was on an onion kick until I started writing this post, but we really enjoy dipping veggies in this and I coated chicken in it one night for dinner.
Hashbrowns – These are a total staple in our house. It’s one of the best things TJ’s sells, but I don’t always see them in the store, so stock up if you see them!
Eggplant Parmigiana Sfogliatelle – These don’t get great ratings in TJ food groups and I can’t really see why?! They’re great dipped in marinana.
Vitamin C Firming Butter – I got a tip from a friend to buy this if I saw it and wow – I’m so glad I did. I wish I would have gotten more than one honestly. It has a very natural smelling orange scent (it fades pretty quickly) and it’s thick enough to be super hydrating on my skin. 12/10 this is the best thing I bought this month.
Mini Chicken Tacos – These little tacos are so dang good. I cannot explain why – maybe the fact that I really don’t have to do anything besides pop them into the oven after a long work day? The flavor is great, they’re a good blend of crispy and chewy, and they’re gluten free.
Fig Butter – Pair this with a TJ’s pizza crust, arugula and fresh shaved parm for pizza night and report back. I’m telling you – LIFE CHANGING!
Onion Salt – This is not new to me, or probably any of you, but don’t sleep on Trader Joe’s spice selection. They’re affordable and taste great.
Orzo – For some weird reason I struggle to find Orzo in the commissary grocer on base, so when I see it at TJ’s I grab it. We love adding it to salads or having it with sides. This bag lasts us at least 3 meals!
Coconut Yogurt – Every time I go to Trader Joe’s I buy this yogurt. It’s not necessarily the most healthy, but I can’t stop myself. It is so good and a total treat.
OK tell me – what are you buying and loving at Trader Joe’s? What should I pick up on my next trip?
