If you are starting out the year wanting to explore a Dry January, today’s post is for you. If you don’t already know, Dry January is a month-long hiatus from drinking alcohol of any type. I’m not sure how or when the term began, but it sort of makes sense with starting the year fresh, especially after what feels like three full months of holidays and celebrating.
Listen, I will be the first to admit I love a good cocktail. But I think it’s also important to note that I am sleeping, running and feeling my best when I remove alcohol from the equation. It’s not rocket science, right?
