20 Best Mocktails For Dry January

Drink, Food · January 2, 2023 · Leave a Comment

Considering trying out Dry January this year? Or maybe you’re just looking for a good mocktail recipe? Either way, these are the best mocktails to try this year!

If you are starting out the year wanting to explore a Dry January, today’s post is for you. If you don’t already know, Dry January is a month-long hiatus from drinking alcohol of any type. I’m not sure how or when the term began, but it sort of makes sense with starting the year fresh, especially after what feels like three full months of holidays and celebrating.

Listen, I will be the first to admit I love a good cocktail. But I think it’s also important to note that I am sleeping, running and feeling my best when I remove alcohol from the equation. It’s not rocket science, right? Last year, I had a three month stretch off from drinking and while I didn’t really have any goals or intentions behind it, I noticed my skin cleared up, my run times improved and I was enjoying better sleep. I also lost a bit of weight, which was an unintended bonus.

Whether you’re sober-curious, looking to break-up with alcohol entirely or just interested in a yummy mocktail recipe, I can vouch for the below drinks and tell you that I would enjoy one alongside you any day of the week! Cheers!
