It’s safe to say that Peloton has revolutionized the fitness industry, providing people with the convenience of at-home workouts while connecting them to a huge community of fitness enthusiasts. Central to the Peloton experience are the instructors who motivate, guide and inspire riders on their fitness journey. Before I got a Peloton, I would have been like “What the heck are you even talking about?” when it came to loving an instructors…but now I get it.
With a diverse range of personalities and teaching styles, Peloton instructors have gained cult-like followings and become celebrities in their own right. But who is the best? And who is the worst? To be honest, I don’t think any of the Peloton instructors are the worst…favorites are super subjective! Here are my votes for best Peloton instructors…
Best Peloton Instructors
Jenn Sherman
Jenn Sherman is the original Peloton instructor and she is my favorite of all time. I love every ride I’ve taken with her and her music selection is always excellent. Don’t think your ride is going to be easy just because she isn’t donning a tiny bra top – she will kick your ass and laugh about it. You can’t miss Jenn’s Yacht Rock rides!
Alex Toussaint
Alex Toussaint is synonymous with intensity and motivation. With a powerful presence and booming voice, he will push you to new limits during every ride. His expert coaching style and ability to create a collective energy make his classes feel like a team effort, leaving riders feeling accomplished and motivated. Alex’s strength workouts have changed the game for me!

Denis Morton is the epitome of a supportive and knowledgeable instructor. With a soothing voice and an encouraging coaching style, he guides riders through challenging workouts with a sense of ease. Emma Lovewell combines her background as a dancer and personal trainer to create engaging and well-rounded workouts. Her calm demeanor and attention to form make her classes approachable and accessible to riders of all levels. Emma’s positive energy and motivational cues inspire riders to push beyond their limits. I love her Core Crusher program and the Mariah Carey ride is excellent.

Tunde Oyeneyin exudes charisma and radiance, making her a captivating instructor. Her vibrant personality and powerful motivational speeches create an electrifying atmosphere during her workouts. Tunde’s classes focus on strength-building and mental fortitude, leaving riders feeling empowered and ready to conquer any challenge. Tunde’s strength program will crush your arms in the best way!

I love her for her funny stories and when she talks about some of the low parts of her life and using them for motivation. She has also been very open about the fact that her journey to motherhood was not easy and I respect her so much for being so open and honest about it. I love her 2For1 run with Robin in celebration of Women’s History Month!
Robin Arzón
Robin Arzón is known for her inspiring mantras while promoting positivity and resilience. I have to say – I really love her running workouts, but for whatever reason I’m not as big of a fan on the bike. Her best run is the Whitney Houston run!
It’s important to note that ranking Peloton instructors is subjective, as each instructor brings their own unique style and appeal to the platform. The list above represents only my selection of favorites!
Whether you prefer high-intensity rides, dance parties or focused training sessions, there is an instructor for everyone’s taste.
