And Love, We Need It Now

For some reason I heard this line from the popular Lumineers song (you know, the one we’ve been listening to for months now) louder than ever yesterday in my car.

“I belong with you, you belong with me, you’re my sweetheart.”
This seemed like a much more apt way to start this post rather than my usual. WELCOME TO WEDDING WEDNESDAY! Hooray for transitions.

Today I have a really special treat for you. One, an image from our ceremony location that I have fallen hard for. It gives me chills just looking at and thanks to my handy dandy countdown (thanks Macy’s registry), I know I have 290 days until I’m standing right there basking in its beauty.

Best known for her birth announcement pillows, she is busting on to the wedding scene and doing custom pillows like these. Personally, I think this is a genius business decision because I’ve done nothing except think about where I can place this gem at my reception ever since I received it on Monday.  What’s better is that once you decide on what type of pillow you want, the back is ALSO CUSTOMIZABLE! You get to pick from an array of fun fabrics.

I chose grey, because this pillow will go on our bed before/after the wedding as a constant reminder of our anniversary–something Dane is sure to thank me for in about 30 years.

This week has already been amazing and we’re only at the mid-way point. I may just be high off love, wedding planning or Christmas glitter, but I’ve been in SUCH a good mood. Cheers to a happy week for everyone!
