Wow, one day of missed blogging and I feel like my mojo is off a little bit. Ya feel me? Sometimes a blogging break is okay, but I missed all of you. I’m still here in NYC living the dream, but I wanted to pop in and say hi!
What have I been up to?
Moonlighting as a chef at Eataly on Monday.
Cooking at Bill Telepan‘s benefit, Wellness in the Schools, on Tuesday. Great event and great people!
Some “delivered-to-my-room” granola parfait. #roughlife
And how do you make fresh stretched cheese better? You wrap it around butter and slap it on some bread.
Let me just say that in my next life, I’m coming back as an actual chef, none of this moonlighting business. These events were AMAZING. Lamb meatballs over polenta, chocolate mousse over a peanut butter rice krispie, Oreo cake pops, banana pudding, miniature hamburgers with a chipotle sauce…really, I could go on and on. But I’ve got to wrap things up, because I’ll be heading over to Radio City shortly.
