I’m back again with my fourth gift guide of the season and today’s is for all my fellow foodie friends + at-home chefs! It’s that time of the year when shopping goes into overdrive and we’re all out there trying to figure out what to gift all our favorite people. I’m taking a new approach to gifting this year – something that fits into 4 distinct categories: WANT, NEED, WEAR, READ. If you have a foodie or Top Chef wannabe in your life, I’m sharing all the things I love the most when I’m getting down to business in my kitchen. Now, let’s get started with this year’s gift guide for the foodie or cooking enthusiast!

Subscription to Bon Apetit – Who doesn’t want some fun in the mail each month? I have said it before and I’ll say it again – but magazine subscriptions are probably at the top of my favorite gifts to give list. Also – its $5!
Silicone Spatula + Silicone Spoonula – I have used GIR products since they were a Kickstarter (see also: that’s a long time) and now they are a full-on booming company.
All Clad Nonstick Pans + All Clad Pans – If you follow along on my Instagram stories, you see these pans a lot. Yes they are an investment, but they are probably the only pans I will ever cook with, because they LAST. The quality is second to none. I’ve used them in my kitchen for years and they still look brand new. I can see myself using them for many, many years to come, if not forever!
Spiralizer – If you’ve been around my blog for any length of time, you know this product for less than $20 changed my life. No seriously – we eat so many more vegetables than we ever did before. Spiraled veggies are more fun! Want proof? Here is the ultimate list of spiralized recipes you can send along with this no-brainer foodie friend present!
VineBox – Why send an entire bottle of wine to a friend when they might not like it? VineBox allows you to send flights of wine to friends in monthly boxes. You can pick size, timing and duration of the gift, which makes it good for nearly every wine-lover on your list. If they love the bottle they can buy it directly!
Silpat – These stick-free cooking mats have been a must in my kitchen for so long I don’t know what I did before. They are great for everything from cookies to veggies!
Salt Block + Holder – If you cook a good bit of seafood, this is the gift for you! The block infuses delicious natural Himalayan salt flavor into meals and naturally wears down over time. This one comes with a really handy holder that makes transportation from grill to table easy!
Calicutts – What can I say about the spice company that stole my heart? I love their Autumn Harvest, Vermont Maple and Spiced Cocoa Blends the very best, but all of them are delicious! They are made in small batches by an awesome family in my hometown and better than anything I’ve ever bought at a grocery store 🙂
Wonderbag – This might possibly be my favorite item on this list! Wonderbag is a simple but revolutionary non-electric, portable slow cooker. Wonderbag’s clever insulation allows food that has been brought to the boil prior to putting it in the bag to continue slow cooking or warm while in the bag. No plugs. No Fuss. No electricity required, so it’s worry-free. It kind of blows my mind to be totally transparent – but it’s AMAZING! The best part? For each one sold, a contribution is made to the Wonderbag Foundation – supporting the donation of bags to families in need throughout Africa.
Cocktail Carry On – Dane gifted me this fun treat last year and I remember taking it on our flight, mixing up my drink and just thinking it was so cute! Maybe not the most practical of gifts, but definitely the most fun.
Eataly Cookbook – This beautiful cookbook, created in collaboration with Eataly, one of the greatest Italian food brands, features 300 landmark recipes highlighting the best of contemporary Italian home cooking. Excellent, fail-safe recipes and new ideas are presented in a sophisticated package, making this a must-have book for everyone wanting to learn about how Italians cook today.
Gourmet Grillware Pizza Tray – Grilling pizza has never been this much fun! My parents gifted us this tray a few years back and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s the only pizza tray I use both in my oven and on the grill and it lasts forever while looking BRAND NEW. I barely scrub it and it shines right up. It’s a must for pizza enthusiasts but also works well as a grill sheet for veggies 🙂
Custom Ice Cream – Alright, this one is on my own personal wish list, because I just think it’s so freaking cool. Maybe even better than an ice cream sundae bar – but you can design your own ice cream pints. You start by picking a base, then your add-ins and it ships right to you! What is better? (I’ll wait…)
