Eat, Food · January 19, 2016 · 6 Comments

Is there anything more special than whipping up a special treat for holidays? We don’t go big for Valentine’s Day at our house, but we are not above making a few special recipes to celebrate. Today I’m sharing an easy (and festive) recipe for Coconut Strawberry Granola Bars that the whole family will enjoy! This homemade granola recipe is quick, easy and tastes AMAZING!

Coconut Strawberry Granola Bars

The only special ingredient this recipe requires for the strawberry element (and colorful pink and red pops) is 1 bag Strawberry M&M’s®. Otherwise, you should have everything you need in your pantry already for these easy homemade granola bars!

You Will Need:
3 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag Strawberry M&M’s®
3 tsp. butter

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix together the oats, coconut, honey, brown sugar, salt and melted butter.
3. Stir in the Strawberry M&M’s®.
4. Pack tightly into a lightly greased 8×8 baking pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Let cool, cut and serve!
