Looking for the best Trader Joe’s products to pick up this month? Here’s what I bought at Trader Joe’s this month.
I took a break from Trader Joe’s updates, but I’m excited to share that I’m back! Shopping at Trader Joe’s is definitely a privilege I’m not taking for granted while we are here on the mainland. And while prices at other grocery stores rise, I find that some items at TJ’s are still relatively “affordable” and a good spot for snacky treat items. If you’re headed to your local store this month, here are the Trader Joe’s products I bought for February 2023!
Trader Joe’s Products I Bought – February 2023
Mini Chicken Tacos – I saw these posted in a TJ’s Facebook group and they were recommended as “the perfect game day” snack. I was skeptical, but I picked up a box anyhow. They are surprisingly very good and super simple. Turn your oven on, put in tacos and eat. We enjoyed them with salsa and sour cream, and Dane added a bit of cheese to his. I will definitely buy them again.
Garlicky Cabbage – I had my doubts about this, particularly since I really love to enjoy cabbage as steaks using an old Whole30 recipe. I haven’t been feeling the greatest and neither has Dane so dinners have looked a little bit like “whatever you can prep for yourself”, so one night I just ate this. It was delicious and it’s VERY garlicky. I will say that the portion isn’t huge, but I have no complaints.
Mini Mint Ice Cream Mouthfuls – Imagine if Oreos and mint chocolate chip cookies had a baby. This is them and I could sit and eat the entire box myself. Just trust me.
Peanut Butter Brookie – A co-worker who loves Trader Joe’s as much as I do was telling me about PB brookies and I was like…what are those? I actually found these on a special display at my store and picked a box that specifically only had “inside” pieces. HOLY. MOLY. They’re super moist, not crumbly, the ideal mix of chocolate and peanut butter…just absolute perfection.
Dark Russet Potato Chips – If you, like me, are one of those people that like the “crispy” ends of potato chips, then these are for you. If you’re more of an Utz or Ripples type person, these might not be for you. But honestly – they’re kettle cooked chips. What’s not to love?
Trader Joe’s Mini Flower Boquets – OK – what is the deal? How is it possible that Trader Joe’s flowers last so long? I bought a bouquet on December 30 and just got rid of them on January 22. What the heckin’ heck?! I am so impressed and having fresh flowers in the house for $3.99 brings me quite a bit of joy.
Cinnamon Rolls – Have you see the TikTok trend where you pour heavy cream over canned cinnamon rolls and it makes them taste homemade? I will report back! This seemed like a good time to test it out.
Caramelized Onion Dip – If you like French Onion dip, then this is for you. I plan to use it to make Potato Chip Chicken!
There is so much from the TJ’s new releases that I see other people post online that never comes to our store, which is honestly probably a good thing for my bank account. What have you found and loved lately?
