Easy Thai Salad Dressing

Eat, Food · June 18, 2024 · Leave a Comment

Looking for a salad dressing recipe that combines the delicious flavors of Thailand? Look no further than my easy Thai Salad Dressing.

There is nothing I love more than reminiscing on trips and thinking about all the delicious food we ate. One of our best ever trips was to Thailand. I think we ate for 20 days straight and every single thing tasted better than the last. Once I’m home, I like to recreate dishes with some of the flavors we enjoyed. Thai Salad Dressing is a flavorful and versatile condiment that brings a taste of Thailand to your table. This dressing combines sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, creating a perfect balance that enhances any salad. Whether you’re making a traditional Thai green papaya salad or just looking to add a zesty twist to your favorite greens, this one does not disappoint.

THAI SALAD DRESSING

Easy Thai Salad Dressing

Made with ingredients like lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and chili, it embodies the vibrant and complex taste profile that Thai cuisine is famous for. Whether you’re looking to spice up your lunch or add a unique twist to dinner, Thai salad dressing is a delicious and easy addition to a meal.

THAI SALAD DRESSING

To make Thai Salad Dressing at home, you will need:

3 tbsp. fish sauce

1 tbsp water

1/3 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup lime juice

3-4 fresh garlic cloves, chopped fine

1 tbsp chili crunch (I buy mine at Trader Joe’s, but this is a good alternative I have used before)

1. Add the ingredients to a large glass mixing cup and use an immersion blender to combine. You could also use a food processor or your Vitamix.

I think it’s worth noting that while bottled lime juice works just as good as fresh in my experience, it’s important to use fresh garlic cloves and chop them as opposed to jarred.
