Orange Maple Tahini Salad Dressing

Beauty · June 20, 2024 · Leave a Comment

Orange Maple Tahini Salad Dressing is a great addition to nearly any salad, plus it’s easy to make and adds the perfect blend of creamy, sweet citrus.

If you’re looking to elevate your salad game, my Orange Maple Tahini Salad Dressing is a must-try. This unique blend combines the creamy richness of tahini with the bright, zesty flavor of fresh orange juice and the sweetness of maple syrup. It’s not only delicious, but I also feel a little better when I make my own dressing, knowing exactly what is in it. Anyone else? If you’re ready to make this dressing at home, let’s dive right in.

This is one of those dressings that really ups the ante for salads, in my opinion. Plus, its versatility and vibrant flavor make it an excellent choice for a variety of dishes. Think: marinades and dip.

ORANGE MAPLE TAHINI SALAD DRESSING

To make Orange Maple Tahini Salad Dressing at home, you will need:

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup olive oil

4 dates, pitted

1/4 cup orange juice (the amount of about one small orange, freshly juiced)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 clove garlic

dash salt

1. Put all ingredients into a glass measuring cup and use an immersion blender to combine. Alternately, you can put ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix to combine.

2. Refrigerate any leftover dressing for up to three days.

Believe me when I say that this dressing is one of those that people will enjoy it and be like…”hey, can I get that recipe?” It’s just enjoy zing and zest to fall squarely in the “WOW I LOVE THAT” category.
