3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Eat, Food · June 20, 2013 · 7 Comments

What’s better than peanut butter cookies? Peanut butter cookies that are only 3 ingredients and take less than half an hour start to finish.

Dane called me yesterday and said his friend needed cheering up, so he was going to stop by the store and get him something. Note to self: I should act like I need cheering up more often. “Pish Posh,” I said. “We aren’t spending anymore money.” Peanut Butter makes everyone happy…and then I made these cookies with 3 ingredients and roughly 20 minutes. You don’t need to have an upset friend or any reason at all, actually, to make these. In fact, I highly recommend whipping up a batch just for the hell of it.

3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

3 ingredients…that’s it! I can’t emphasize that part enough, because it really is the best factor here. These are items we all have on hand at any given time. Whip them together and ohhh yummm…hot cookies! Is there anything better? (No). Are you ready?

You Will Need:
1 cup peanut butter (this is a job for Super Chunky)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg

1. Mix these ingredients together.
2. Roll into balls and place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
3.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Last step: DEVOUR. And I mean this in a way that only someone who has eaten an entire pan herself can say: These are totally the best hot off the baking sheet, so be sure to sample at least 3-4 yourself before sharing them with anyone else. You know, for research purposes.
